Dear Mr. Nichols,
I had such a pleasant, helpful visit to your store today that I had to write and tell you about it.
When my 87 year old Mother's watch finally gave out she decided to replace it with an inexpensive watch which we purchased at Kohl's. The band needed to be adjusted and since your store does all my jewelry repairs I brought her across the parking lot to your capable staff. Well, needless to say, she was treated like royalty.
Your dear security guard escorted us in, found a stool for her to sit on and offered her a cool drink and a cookie. Aaron, who has helped my husband choose some beautiful jewelry for me, was very helpful and attentive, and your repair staff worked diligently to get the band large enough to fit over her arthritic knuckles and small enough to fit a tiny wrist-not an easy task!
And they refused to take payment, but accepted a donation instead. Bless you and your staff!
