Cole Hale
Cole is one of the most talented and respected professionals in the luxury watch industry, earning admiration from top luxury brands due to his tenacity, passion, charisma and expertise. He began his career in the jewelry industry in 2007, working his way through sales and developing his knowledge to eventually become the Diamond & Bridal Manager at Reis-Nichols. With formal training from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and the Diamond Council of America (DCA), Cole’s knowledge extends beyond diamonds to encompass horology and fine timepieces.
Cole has completed master-level training with some of the most prestigious brands in the watch industry and has attended renowned events such as Baselworld and the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) in Switzerland. His extensive experience makes him highly qualified to help clients find the perfect timepiece, whether for a special occasion or an everyday luxury.
Outside of work, Cole enjoys spending time with his wife, Hannah, and is a devoted father of 3, keeping busy with his youngest daughter, Isabella, who was born in December 2022. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, watching and playing sports, and experiencing new travel destinations. If Cole is out of the office, you might find him in Chicago, catching a Cubs game.
