Yes. Reis-Nichols Jewelers is an authorized John Hardy retailer, so every piece we sell is authentic and eligible for John Hardy's warranty.
Is John Hardy jewelry covered by a warranty?
Yes. John Hardy jewelry has a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. It covers mechanism flaws such as clasps, hinges and bails, broken earring posts, chain damage, and loose or missing gold dots and pavé stones.
It does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage or natural tarnishing, and it applies only to pieces bought from an authorized retailer.
Can John Hardy jewelry be resized?
Most John Hardy styles can be resized, although select designs cannot because of how they are made. Many styles are also available in made-to-order sizes.
