My journey began in Malaysia, where I developed an appreciation for craftsmanship and culture, and continued here in the USA, where I earned my Graduate Gemologist certification.
My professional background also includes roles as a hotelier and flight attendant, which sharpened my commitment to service excellence and my ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life. Being fluent in English, Bahasa, and conversational Mandarin/Cantonese allows me to communicate effortlessly with a diverse clientele and provide a personalized and inclusive shopping experience.
Now living in Carmel with my husband and son, I cherish family time, especially fishing and golfing with my
