Tim joined the Reis-Nichols team in 1999, bringing with him three years of prior experience in the jewelry industry. Over the years, Tim has built a reputation as an expert in luxury timepieces, having completed master-level training from prestigious brands like Jaeger LeCoultre, and IWC. He also holds gold-level training certifications from Cartier, Breitling, Rolex, and TAG Heuer, and has completed specialized training in bridal jewelry from several major brands.
As Sales Manager, Tim leads the team with his ability to connect with clients and create strong, memorable experiences. He is also an excellent trainer of all sales associates, helping them develop the skills necessary to deliver exceptional service, and exceed client expectations. Tim’s commitment to creating positive client experiences is evident in everything he does, whether it’s helping clients select the perfect timepiece or guiding his team toward success.
Tim’s decision to join Reis-Nichols was inspired by his belief in the brand’s commitment to quality, unmatched craftsmanship, and community-focused values. When he’s away from the office, Tim enjoys spending quality time with his family and engaging in a variety of outdoor recreational activities.
