My fiancé and I went into Reis-Nichols with family diamonds to create a custom engagement ring. We had a photo of a ring as inspiration and were wondering how we could use our stones to get a similar look. From the moment we met with Adrienne, she was absolutely fantastic to work with. We also were lucky enough to have one of their Jewelers from the shop, Laura come out and talk with us about the actual logistics of making the ring and giving us advice of what will make the ring work better with what we had. The timeline was faster than we expected and we were kept updated throughout the process with CAD drawings and the wax mold. The ring turned out absolutely beautiful.
